Aims/ Objectives/ Rationale:


Leaders need to breathe life into their roles and responsibilities, getting things done. Pro-activity is the key to leaders’ getting results and meeting targets. At the end of the module, the students are able to develop a better understanding of pro-active leadership and the characteristics of such leaders. The module aims to supply a total picture of proactive leadership, enabling students to study and understand personal mastery and key proactive leadership skills and habits. The class sessions will also enable the students to gain insights into their own habits and personal characteristics associated with notions of proactive leadership.
