Aims/ Objectives/ Rationale:
Climbing and peak conquering are the fundamentals of the challenging leadership module. To become peak conquerors, leaders need to climb, learning to be tough. At the end of the module, the students are able to develop a better understanding of the nature, motivations and challenges of challenging leadership as well as what such leaders are made of. The aim and purpose of this module is for the students to understand the knowledge, skills and practice of challenging leadership, it is also intended to enable them to gain insights into their own personal characteristics associated with notions and practice of tough leadership.
